Moreover, the larger right burner was also inoperative. Despite spending more than an hour attempting to cook a pizza, it remained uncooked, and our efforts proved to be in vain. ![]() Furthermore, the oven presented with a significant fault, causing it to be inoperable. We subsequently discovered that there was no water supply entering the appliance. The dishwasher proved to be nonfunctional, as it failed to properly clean our dishes. During our stay, we encountered multiple issues with the hotel's kitchen appliances. At the first onset, the room was very good and for the most part - in working order. Tasha (the Assistant GM) checked rooms for us to see what we could get into. The next day we were switched to room 304. Not only that, but our bathroom vent fan did not work. It did appear that when we tried to pull out the couch bed, there were also roaches on the couch, and it was not clean. That evening, we found out that the room was roach-infested, and there was a crack in the wall by the couch. The phone however did not work, until we moved it by the bed. On the first look, the room was in working order. In this room, the fridge did not even get cold, but the freezer portion worked. The carpet was very damp and the kitchen floor felt very dirty. We got up to our first room on the second floor. However, our experience from then on was far from amazing. When my wife and I checked into the Extended Stay on Lenoir Ave South in Jacksonville, FL on August 1st, we were greeted by the amazing Ms.
